Side note- the music videos from Rev Rad are really good, I love the animated ones especially. The relationship between revolutions per minute (RPM) and relative centrifugal force (xg) is: g (1.118 × 10-5) R S2 where g is the relative centrifugal force. Those other albums had all the hits from AI & Dookie, and 21CBD had know your enemy and 21 Guns which were both big songs that got a lot of airplay. It's easy to overlook it because it didn't seem to have any big hits other than Bang Bang. In conclusion: I don't think Rev Rad is as good as AI, Dookie or 21CBD, but I do think it's a great album.
First time I heard it I could tell he'd been struggling with either the addiction thing or the huge pressure to deliver yet another massively popular album. Still Breathing is a good example of this, it's a great song that's moving but you can def BJ wrote it from kind of a bad place. I think Rev Rad is pretty topical and relevant lyrically with all of its political themes (ie Bang Bang, Say Goodbye), and I also love the personal/vulnerable stuff in the album. Must be level 6 to start this quest Obtain Secure Folder 0031 in the bunkhouse on Customs (Optional) Gain. I was just glad they made a proper rock album after the bubblegum pop of the Trilogy, I'd been waiting years for a more traditional/rock Green Day album. Bad Rep Evidence is a Quest in Escape from Tarkov.
Not as good as AI, Dookie, or 21CBD, but still great.
